It’s a show about a few detectives that investigate strange cases that end up involving people with special abilities, or specs, as they call them. Basically superpowers emerging from mutations more or less like in other media.
The way it’s written and filmed are what set it apart though. Some of it’s absolutely cheesy as one can imagine, but with enough intrigue and charm that may keep you watching.

Thanks for sharing. I generally focus on horror, scifi and crime thrillers for my Japanese cinema, but this looks intriguing enough.
I’d say this fits pretty well in the scifi/crime thriller genres, so you might enjoy it!
