Well this post is 5 years old, and there aren’t newer posts since 2021 since poster passed away, so I dont know for sure they are abusing animals, but the idea is that calves are separated from their mothers within the first few days usually. Its a traumatic experience for the baby and the mother.
The cow was forcibly impregnated which is pretty rough but thats a different issue.

There’s a dairy farm somewhat close to me that let’s you pet the cows and watch them get milked. It’s pretty cool.
- Cows don’t make extra milk, you have to take their baby’s from them and then take that milk.
- Cows need to be impregnated constantly to keep milk flow.
Its possible theres an ethical dairy farm but ive yet to see one.
