Monday is always my day off, doing house work and playing with my kid. I started doing 4 day work weeks a few years ago, and I wouldn’t want a 5 day work week back. This is great.
Stressful jobs aren’t meant to last. Make sure to listen to your body, or your body will stop the job for you.
My job is not really stressful, apart from some rush moments. I like my job, and that also helps a lot.
